The Darien Board of Education (BOE) held its regular meeting on January 27th which included continued budget presentations and discussions related to the proposed 2026–27 school budget, concentrating on Operations and Capital Improvements. On Tuesday, February 3, the Board of Education (BOE) will hold a public hearing on the proposed budget at 7pm. Community members are invited to share feedback in person at this meeting. Parents may also share feedback through their PTO
chairs, Maureen Devlin and Kym Levine, orby directly emailing the BOE at darienboardofeducation@darienps.org and the district administration team at budgetfeedback@darienps.org.
