Welcome back Hindley Families! It is time to update the directory and get your 2025-2026 Hindley Handbook & Online Membership!
Our online directory is managed through Membership Toolkit (AtoZ), which is a web-based system that allows parents to easily verify and edit their own directory listings as well as access all published listings for students, teachers, staff, and the PTO. To ensure we have the most up-to-date information for your family, please follow the instructions below to login and verify your data for the directory. This will only take 5 minutes of your time.
Once you update and purchase your membership, you will receive not only access to the online directory, but the Hindley Handbook (distributed in October). The Handbook is a physical copy of the directory as well as one place for all key contacts as well as some general information regarding Hindley.
Click Here to access Membership Toolkit (AtoZ), where you can verify your data. It is also where you can purchase year-round access to the online directory and get a copy of the Hindley Handbook for $20 (purchased in site) due by 9/22. The system also provides the option to “opt out” if you prefer not to be included in the directory. The information updated by 9/22 will be reflected in the Handbook as well as will be when we close the ability to purchase the Handbook. You can still secure access to the online directory at any time.
For returning families:
1) To Verify/Opt- Out: Please click the left banner “My account>>Update Directory Information”
2) To Get Access: Please click on the left banner “Membership 2025-2026”
For new families:
1) Click “Register/Login” then “Create Account”
2) Use the email address where you received this message as your email address, create a new password, and verify your email address.
3) Log into the site with your newly created login credentials and fill out the Family Information and Directory Publish Preferences form.
4) To Get Access: Please click on the left banner “Membership 2025-2026”
Once you have created an account on the website, you can download the app for Apple or Android. The app will look like below.
Note, you do need to register/verify through the website or the app will not work.
PLEASE NOTE: You will only have access to the directory if you purchase a membership for the online access, which also includes a hard copy of the directory. The handbook will be distributed by late-October; however you may begin accessing information through the online directory as soon as your access has been verified (a security measure to ensure no unauthorized access to our directory).
