Jazz singer and Darien resident, Christi Bye is performing “America the Beautiful,” a cabaret-style benefit performance honoring America’s upcoming 250th anniversary at the Museum of Darien on February 7th from 7-9pm. This intimate concert experience blends jazz, storytelling, and patriotic reflection enriched by a display of historic flags from the Museum’s collection.
The evening will begin with a reception, allowing guests to mingle and enjoy light bites and drinks in the historic surroundings of the Museum. The reception will be followed by Christi Bye’s concert, featuring inspired interpretations and commentary. The night will conclude with desserts and guided tours of the historic homestead, offering attendees a deeper connection to Darien’s local history.
