On Tuesday, March 8th, the fifth graders will be taking the Science CMT assessment. Testing will begin after morning announcements. This will be the only CMT test your child will take this year.
The Science CMT test is a snapshot of your child’s knowledge of science process and content from grades 3-5. The 5th grade teachers are reviewing the various concepts necessary prior to the assessment. It would be very helpful if you could ensure that your child arrives to school on time on the 8th, has eaten a healthy breakfast, and has had a good night’s sleep. This will ensure they feel fresh and ready for the assessment.
