The Depot Youth Center is excited to offer a 90-minute safety course designed just for middle schoolers! This fun and engaging class teaches essentials for sharing the road, including safety skills for pedestrians, bikers, e-bikers, and e-scooters, through both classroom learning and an outdoor obstacle course where students can practice what they’ve learned.
Cost: $50 per student. Includes a bike helmet (for the first 100 attendees), bike reflectors, and other safety gear to keep your child visible and protected on the road. As always, scholarships are available.
Whether your child walks, bikes, or rides an e-scooter to school or around town, this course will help them build confidence and stay safe. Please bring your bike or scooter to the class for the obstacle course.
