Step back in history from 11am-2pm with Sheldon’s Horse 2nd Regiment Light Dragoons: Connecticut’s Revolutionary War Cavalry. Families will learn about skills required to become a soldier for a Revolutionary War cavalry unit and see live drills on horseback! Throughout the day there will be narrated demonstrations of infantry and cavalry drills plus education stations, live music and crafts in the Mather Homestead barn.
